Faith

My youth was marked by tremendous pain. In an effort to protect myself, I turned to unhealthy behaviors. Worst of all, I closed off my heart to Christ.

It took me a long time to reconcile how a loving God allows, and even uses, suffering. But when I finally surrendered everything to Him, I found a freedom and peace that surpass understanding.

Over the past decade, I have learned to trust Jesus and invite Him into my brokenness, as He renews me. I try to share this Grace via hotlines, ministries, worship, and counseling those needing a safe space. I’d love to share in your healing.

Family

Have you ever considered how your family shapes who you are? My field is called “marriage and family therapy” because it recognizes that family—or the absence of it—profoundly molds us.

My siblings and and their kids reminds me of this truth. Whether we’re at Disneyland, building pillow forts, or arguing over the last slice, I’m struck by our resilience. We endured the agony of abuse and our brother's passing, yet we’ve grown stronger through it all.

As a family, we've learned to live with our scars, communicate through challenges, love unconditionally, and break dysfunctional generational patterns. But above all, it’s the laughter and banter that reminds me why I cherish my family so much.

Let me help you discover how your past and relationships shape you today—and how, together, we can find healing.
