I blend psychology and faith for non-judgmental and compassionate client-centered therapy. My approach incorporates evidence-based strategies and resources. I'd love to help you gain the tools for strong relationships, healthy functioning and feeling well.

With my husband, I wrote the book & founded the non-profit Mental Health Strong to destigmatize & support marriages with mental health & addiction challenges.

My passion is to help with substance abuse & mental health disorders:

  • Mood - Bipolar & Major Depressive Disorder

  • Personality - Borderline, OCPD, Narcissism, Schizo & Schizophrenia

Also, I can help you with workplace issues, career transitions, developing leadership and burnout as a 20-year Kaiser corporate veteran. Message me now!
